How inquiry data may be stored or shared
Inquiry details may pass through website forms, email, phone records, or WhatsApp messages used by the Grandeur Hospitality team. Access should stay limited to the people handling your inquiry or coordinating the event.
We do not sell inquiry data. If information needs to be shared with a venue, decorator, planner, or support vendor for a confirmed event, it should only be shared when that coordination is necessary.
Your choices
If you want us to correct or remove inquiry information that is no longer needed for an active quote or booking discussion, contact us and we will review the request.
How long information may be kept
Inquiry records may be kept for follow-up, service reference, or basic business documentation for a reasonable period. If the inquiry does not move forward and you want it removed, you can ask us to review that request.
